The 3pk BOSU® Fabric Resistance Bands are made with a soft durable elastic fabric, great for shaping and toning your legs, inner thighs, and glutes. The 3pk includes one Heavy, one Medium, and one Light band. Increase or decrease resistance depending on the exercise.
